Key components are sourced from world-class specialist
manufacturers (gearboxes, blades, universal driveshaft), to be integrated
into the various implement designs. Fabrication,
assembly and testing is carried out to strict quality standards (ISO, UKAS, CE).
HOWARD’s stand production range comprises 22 different implement
models, in a total of 46 different variations and working widths – to match
any brand of tractor in any horsepower range.
SPAREPARTS
HOWARD’s implements are designed for simple and easy
maintenance. Wear & tear
spareparts are described in a special price list, to enable users to hold a
limited stock, and thereby minimize machine down-time.
A picking rate of 99% has been successfully achieved by HOWARD’s Parts
Department, since the introduction of this benchmark monitor six years ago.
DOCUMENTATION
Each implement comes with a detailed Component Chart, identifying
all assembly parts. The
accompanying Owner’s Manual describes lubrication and service schedules, and
gives guidelines for tractor-mounting and general operation of the machine.
For certain implements, the operator section of the Owner’s Manual –
besides English, is also available in Bahasa Malaysia.
