To meet the complex and different
requirements, HOWARD has assembled a comprehensive product range of imported and
locally made fertilizer spreaders. Single-disc,
twin-disc, pendulum as well as spreaders specifically designed for row crops and
for terrace manuring.

MULCHERS Land clearing or replanting is cumbersome task, further complicated by the ban on open
burning imposed now in much
of Southeast Asia. HOWARD has developed a tractor-mounted mechanical shredder, which turns felled chipped
tree trunks into useful
compost.

POST HOLE
DIGGERS Tree-crops are commonly established from seedlings, grown in planting bags in nurseries.
Transplanting into pre-bored holes ensures speed and accuracy.
HOWARD has two models of mechanical hole-diggers, for small and big tractors respectively – and with matching augers of 6” – 9” – 12” - 18” – 20” and 24” diameter, for drilling depth down
to 90 cm.

CULTIVATOR Seeder crop seeding in oil palm can be significally rationalized by use of the newly developed
Seeder
Cultivators HSC 16 and HSC 26 for work behind small and medium sized
tractors. Ground wheel controlled reversible seed beam ensures accurate and multiple choice of seed
placement rate.
